Palm Jaggery (Karupatti) Profile

Palm Jaggery is a natural, unrefined sweetener produced from the concentrated juice (sap) of the Palmyra palm tree. Unlike white sugar, it undergoes minimal processing, which preserves its vital nutrients and gives it a deep, earthy, chocolate-like flavor.
